Gravity Trainings offer a personalized, bodyweight-based, 45 minutes workout using a variety of movements in order to strengthen and tone muscles.
You'll love the versatility of the “Morphē Machine” or Gravity Training System, which uses smooth cable motion and your body’s own weight as resistance, resulting in being easier on your joints and defined sculpting.
The GRAVITY Training System (GTS) has a rolling glide board, various resistance levels and a dynamic cable pulley system that allow you to use your own bodyweight against the pull of gravity. All of this means you can do hundreds of exercises.
GRAVITY offers an efficient workout by engaging all major muscle groups for strength and endurance training, stretching, Pilates, and core training in every exercise.
